Peerless-AV acquires ADF Visual Display Products to increase production

AV technology producer Peerless-AV has acquired ADF Visual Display Products of Southern California, according to a company press release.

Specializing in complex dvLED construction, ADF has been designing and manufacturing displays for the past decade and will help Peerless-AV meet their production needs. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release.

“Our dvLED business exploded virtually overnight. We started partnering with ADF on projects where our capacity simply didn’t allow us to do it in-house,” said John Potts, CEO of Peerless-AV, in the press release. “After seeing the quality of the ADF product, both for us and for another big name in the industry, we realized they were the logical addition to our business to facilitate our dynamic growth.”

Some of the most high-profile projects featuring ADF engineering and manufacturing include a dvLED video wall at a sportsbook in Las Vegas. The video wall measures 4,166 square feet with 1,680 dvLED screens. ADF’s most recent dvLED design for Peerless-AV is a fully floating system mounted on the wall of a university building in Morocco.

“Peerless-AV has long been the go-to provider as an infrastructure and accessory partner to the best in the industry, managing complex and competitive environments. We look forward to expanding our in-house capabilities to become a more agile and holistic partner for all dvLED infrastructure needs,” Nick Belcore EVP of Peerless-AV said in the release.
